PROJECTS
A selection of websites I’ve designed for service businesses across different industries. Some projects are shown as visual previews, with the original site no longer live.
Echobliss Sound Therapy
Website Design, Content, Email Marketing and Technical Launch settings.
Echobliss needed more than a visual refresh. The project involved transforming an established website into a clear, calm and professional digital presence that could support the business’s sound-therapy services, corporate wellbeing work, events and future content.
Alongside the design and development work, the project required a carefully managed move to new hosting, preservation of the existing business email service and the creation of a practical system connecting the website, Journals, subscriber emails and ongoing marketing.
The Challenge
The existing Echobliss website no longer reflected the business’s breadth or professionalism. Its services needed clearer presentation, particularly the growing corporate wellbeing offering, while retaining the calm, reassuring atmosphere associated with sound therapy.
The Journal contained valuable content, but the articles needed to be reformatted and standardised so that they felt like a cohesive part of the new website. Echobliss also needed an easier way to add future Journals without rebuilding the layout each time.
There was an important technical consideration too. The new website had to be transferred to SiteGround and connected to the existing domain without disrupting the IONOS business email service. The original website also needed to remain available while the new one was designed, reviewed and prepared for launch.
Three project pillars
Website Transformation
The Echobliss website was redesigned and rebuilt in WordPress using Divi.
The work included a new homepage, dedicated service pages, a separate Corporate Wellbeing page, contact and newsletter forms, event and social media links, curated imagery and a more refined visual direction.
The website content was lightly restructured and edited to improve clarity, consistency and the overall visitor journey.
Technical Launch
We migrated the completed website from its temporary development environment to Echobliss’s new SiteGround hosting.
We completed additional DNS and hosting configuration to connect the website to the existing domain while preserving the business’s IONOS email service. We configured and tested SSL, contact forms, and website email delivery to ensure the website loaded securely and enquiries arrived reliably.
Marketing Foundations
MailerLite was connected to the website and authenticated to send email using the Echobliss domain.
We created an automated welcome email for new subscribers, along with a reusable newsletter design and a branded email footer.
The original journal suggestions were expanded into a five-month Sanctuary Series content plan, incorporating monthly Journal topics, email concepts, subject-line ideas, social-media suggestions and guidance for creating accompanying graphics.
A More Manageable Journal
Nine existing Journal articles were transferred, reformatted and more extensively edited to create a consistent reading experience across the website.
We established a reusable Divi layout and a straightforward cloning process for future articles. Each Journal could then follow the same structure while still allowing Sharon to replace the written content and imagery.
The process included guidance on excerpts, featured images, alt text, focus keyphrases and checking each article on desktop and mobile before publication.
Stronger Digital Foundations
Completed foundational SEO across the principal pages using Yoast. This included page titles, meta descriptions, focus keyphrases and a clearer heading structure.
Google Site Kit was configured to connect the website to Google Analytics and Search Console, giving Echobliss the foundation to monitor website activity and future search performance.
Cookie consent was also configured, with supporting work around the website’s privacy and cookie information. Non-essential cookies were managed appropriately, and visitors were given a clear way to review their preferences.
Created For Continued Use
The project was designed to give Echobliss a website that could grow alongside the business.
We provided written guidance and video walkthroughs to explain the MailerLite process and show how to clone, edit, and publish future Journal articles. The WordPress dashboard was also introduced so that everyday content could be managed without altering the website’s more technical settings.
This gave Sharon a repeatable system for turning a monthly Journal into an email, social-media content and an invitation to future sound-therapy events.
The Outcome
Echobliss now has a cohesive, professional online presence that conveys the brand’s warmth while making its services easier to understand.
The completed website brings together individual sound therapy, group experiences, events and corporate wellbeing within one clear structure. The redesigned Journal supports ongoing content, while the MailerLite integration provides a more connected route from website visitor to subscriber.
Behind the scenes, the website is securely hosted, enquiries are delivered reliably and the existing business email service has been preserved.
The new website received its first enquiry soon after completion—an encouraging early indication that the clearer visitor journey was already beginning to support the business.
